Where an installment option is offered, the complete total price and material payment obligations should be reviewed before purchase.

An installment arrangement is governed by the specific terms presented with that offer and any applicable signed agreement.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Missed Appointments

Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, missed sessions, refunds, unused sessions, installment obligations, and other service-specific matters are governed by:

• the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy;

• the purchase terms presented before enrollment; and

• the signed Coaching Agreement for paid coaching clients.

• a particular emotional outcome;

• healing within a particular period;
